Is the dental care different between the packages?
No. Same partner clinics, same dentists, same materials, same treatment pricing. The packages only change how much of the travel we plan and manage, never the quality of your care.
Can I start with Explorer and change my mind?
Yes, at any point: while planning or even after you've arrived in Vietnam. Plenty of travelers start independent and hand us the trip once they see their treatment calendar.
I'm booking my own trip. Can I still ask you travel questions?
Of course. Your representative will happily share general recommendations, arrival guidance and local pointers. Detailed hotel comparison, bookings, itineraries, reservations and tour planning are what the Full-Service Concierge package adds.
Is Full-Service Concierge expensive?
Less than most people expect. You get one itemized quote in your currency, our local relationships make your travel budget go further than booking piece by piece, and the savings on treatment typically cover the whole journey. You only add the upgrades you actually value.
Will you steer me toward a particular clinic or package?
No. We don't represent any single clinic. We match you to the one best suited to your case, and many of our travelers genuinely prefer planning their own trip. Our recommendation will always start from your needs, preferences and budget.
What happens if something needs attention at the clinic?
In both packages you have a direct line to your representative, and we escalate to the clinic on your behalf. You're never left to sort out a treatment question alone in another country.
