The brands behind your new smile.
For every service we offer three quality tiers, so your case and budget are matched precisely. Here is exactly what we use, where it is made, and how each option compares on quality and long-term support.
A note on brands: no implant or ceramic consistently outperforms every other in the research. Your tooth position, bone, infection control, prosthetic design and your surgeon's familiarity with the system matter more than the logo. We help you choose the tier that fits your case, then make sure it is placed and restored properly.

Dental Implants
The brand matters less than your surgeon's experience with it, your bone and the prosthetic plan, but the system still shapes esthetics, immediate-loading options and long-term parts availability. We work across three tiers so your case and budget are matched precisely.

Biotem
Dependable value for routine cases
- Quality
- Established SLA surface and commercially pure Grade 4 titanium, with FDA-cleared models. A sound, cost-effective choice for routine, healed sites with good bone.
- Service & support
- Has an official Vietnamese distributor, but a more limited global parts network, so future components depend more on the clinic and local supply.
- Best for
- Straightforward single implants with adequate bone, placed by a dentist who uses Biotem often.
- Lowest cost of the three
- Proven SLA and Grade 4 titanium
- FDA-cleared versions
- Best with an experienced Biotem surgeon
Neodent
Best overall value
- Quality
- Hybrid tapered design with the hydrophilic Acqua surface for strong primary stability, even in soft bone and immediate protocols. A 2025 study of 4,783 implants reported 95.4% survival. One prosthetic connection across diameters simplifies future restorative work.
- Service & support
- Backed by Straumann Group's corporate and distribution support, with a strong NeoArch full-arch ecosystem. Well stocked, though not quite as universal as Nobel.
- Best for
- The best balance of price and quality for most cases, including immediate placement, esthetic zones and full-arch.
- Best balance of cost, design and evidence
- Strong for immediate loading
- NeoArch full-arch system
- Simple single-connection prosthetics
Nobel Biocare
Best track record and global support
- Quality
- The longest and largest evidence base of the three: a 97.9% mean survival across 107 studies and more than 22,500 implants. The TiUltra surface and NobelActive geometry excel in soft bone, extraction sockets and immediate loading.
- Service & support
- The most established prosthetic ecosystem, serviceable in 80+ countries, and the original All-on-4 system, so long-term parts and restorative support are easiest worldwide.
- Best for
- Complex cases, immediate loading, front-tooth esthetics, weak bone, full-arch, and anyone prioritizing long-term parts availability.
- Strongest, longest clinical evidence
- Excellent for immediate and full-arch
- Serviceable in 80+ countries
- Premium price, technique-sensitive
Our recommendation: Best overall value is Neodent. Best clinical track record and worldwide support is Nobel Biocare. Biotem is a sound budget choice when your surgeon uses it regularly and the clinic guarantees future access to original parts. For a straightforward single implant with good bone all three work well; for immediate loading, front-tooth esthetics, weak bone or full-mouth work we lean toward Nobel Biocare or Neodent.
Crowns
All-ceramic zirconia crowns in three tiers. Modern zirconia is strong and completely metal-free; the differences are in translucency, multilayer shading and the pedigree and quality control of the blank.

Standard Zirconia
Strong, metal-free, affordable
- Quality
- Full-strength monolithic zirconia: highly durable and gentle on opposing teeth. Ideal for molars and value-led cases, with slightly less of the translucency and shade nuance of premium blanks.
- Service & support
- Widely available and easy to remake anywhere.
- Best for
- Back teeth and budget-conscious crowns where strength leads.
- Very strong and durable
- Metal-free, no grey line
- Best value
- Great for posterior teeth
3M Lava Plus
Proven high-translucency zirconia
- Quality
- 3M's Lava Plus High-Translucency Zirconia, used since 2001 across millions of restorations, with noticeably better translucency and fluorescence than standard zirconia and 3M's rigorous quality control.
- Service & support
- A globally recognised brand (now under Solventum), with Lava systems running in 40+ countries.
- Best for
- Front and back teeth wanting a trusted brand with a natural look.
- Trusted 3M pedigree since 2001
- High translucency and fluorescence
- Consistent quality control
- Reliable all-rounder
Orodent
Top-tier esthetic zirconia
- Quality
- Italian-made multilayer zirconia from 100% Tosoh powders, with built-in enamel-to-dentin shade gradients and up to about 45% translucency for a lifelike result, while keeping roughly 1200 MPa strength.
- Service & support
- CE-certified, ISO-compliant and registered with EU health authorities, supplied through premium labs.
- Best for
- Front teeth and full-smile makeovers prioritising the most natural esthetics.
- Natural multilayer shade gradient
- 100% Tosoh zirconia, made in Italy
- High translucency and strength
- Best esthetics of the three
Our recommendation: Standard zirconia is the value workhorse for back teeth. Lava Plus adds 3M's proven translucency and quality control as a reliable all-rounder. Orodent's multilayer aesthetic zirconia is our pick for front teeth and full-smile cases where the most natural look matters.
Veneers
Veneers in three tiers of ceramic artistry, from strong and economical to the finest, most lifelike glass ceramics. The premium options are prized for their natural translucency and light handling.

Zirconia
Durable, budget-friendly veneers
- Quality
- Exceptionally strong and chip-resistant veneers. Slightly more opaque than glass ceramics, so best where brightness and durability matter more than ultra-natural translucency.
- Service & support
- Widely available.
- Best for
- Strong, affordable veneers, including for grinders who need extra durability.
- Very strong, chip-resistant
- Budget-friendly
- Good for bruxism
- Bright, uniform finish
GC Initial LiSi
Lifelike lithium disilicate
- Quality
- GC's fully crystallised lithium disilicate from Japan, using High Density Micronisation for high strength, smooth margins and excellent, natural esthetics. The workhorse of beautiful veneers.
- Service & support
- Made by GC, a globally established Japanese manufacturer.
- Best for
- Most smile-makeover cases wanting a natural, translucent result with proven strength.
- Natural translucency
- Lithium disilicate strength
- Smooth, precise margins
- Made in Japan by GC
Celtra
Next-generation glass ceramic
- Quality
- Dentsply Sirona's ZLS, made in Germany, with an ultra-fine microstructure (zirconia grains many times smaller than lithium disilicate crystals) for outstanding light handling and esthetics at high strength.
- Service & support
- Backed by Dentsply Sirona's global support network.
- Best for
- Front-tooth and full-smile cases prioritising the finest esthetics.
- Ultra-fine ZLS microstructure
- Exceptional light handling
- High strength and esthetics
- Made in Germany
Our recommendation: Zirconia veneers win on durability and price. GC's LiSi lithium disilicate is the natural, proven choice for most smile makeovers. Celtra's next-generation ZLS is our pick when front-tooth esthetics are the priority.
