• Messages you exchange with our concierge team.
• Technical data: basic, standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to operate and secure the site.

2. How we use your information

• To prepare your personalized proposal, estimate, and itinerary.
• To coordinate with partner clinics, hotels, airlines, and transport providers on your behalf.
• To communicate with you and respond to your requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we rely on: your consent (including explicit consent for health-related documents you upload), performance of a contract to deliver the Services you request, our legitimate interests in operating the business, and legal compliance.

• Partner clinics & providers: only what is needed to review your case and arrange your treatment and travel.
• Service providers: vetted vendors who help us run the Services (for example, email delivery and secure file storage). They process data on our instructions.
• Legal & safety: where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. International transfers

Because we connect international patients with care in Vietnam, your information may be processed in Vietnam, the United States, and other countries. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can ask us to delete information sooner (see Your rights).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and time-limited, private links to your journey page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
