1. Who we are

Smiles Vietnam (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a dental concierge service that connects international patients with independent, trusted dental clinics in Vietnam and coordinates related travel, accommodation, and recovery support. We are not a dental or medical provider and do not ourselves provide dental treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice. All clinical care is delivered by independent partner clinics and their licensed practitioners.

2. Estimates, not quotes

Pricing, savings, itineraries, and timelines shown on the site or in our journey builder are good-faith estimates for illustration only. They are not offers, guarantees, or binding quotes, and they vary by individual case. Final treatment plans and pricing are confirmed by the treating clinic after a professional review of your records.

3. No medical advice

Nothing on the Services constitutes medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Treatment outcomes vary, cannot be guaranteed, and depend on factors specific to you and the treating clinic. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any clinic, practitioner, or treatment.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote or building a journey.

5. Bookings, third parties & payments

• Treatment, flights, hotels, and other elements are provided by independent third parties (clinics, airlines, hotels, transport providers). Their own terms and policies apply to those services.
• We act as a coordinator and concierge. Where we facilitate a booking or payment, we will tell you the amounts, what they cover, and any deposit or cancellation terms before you commit.
• You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and any travel or medical insurance you may need.

6. Changes & cancellations

Cancellation and change terms depend on the third-party providers involved and will be communicated to you before booking. Some payments (e.g., supplier deposits) may be non-refundable. We will always set out applicable terms in writing.

7. Your content

You may upload documents such as treatment plans, quotes, photos, or X-rays. You confirm you have the right to share them, and you grant us permission to use them solely to provide the Services (for example, to obtain a clinic review and prepare your proposal). 8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access areas you are not authorized to use, disrupting the site, or submitting unlawful, false, or infringing content.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its content, branding, and design are owned by Smiles Vietnam or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our permission.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, or clinical outcomes of independent providers, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Smiles Vietnam against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.
